Getting your photos taken can feel a little intimidating at first—but don’t worry, I’ll make sure everything goes smoothly.
My approach is simple: relax, have fun, and be yourself. The more natural and comfortable you are, the easier it is for me to capture your true personality.
I’ll guide you through posing, give you direction when needed, and make sure you feel confident in front of the camera. My biggest piece of advice?

Complete the survey I send so I know all the important details and expectations. We will work on a budget, location, and your vision together!

Picture time
The big day! We’ll meet, talk, connect, and get to know each other. In the meantime, I will be preparing the equipment so we can jump right into it.

Delivering photos
In 6-8 weeks, you will receive your edited picture gallery, for videos the wait period could be closer to 12 weeks.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Have fun and smile! I promise you will want to see yourself smiling in your photos.
What should I wear?
Seniors/Families
Earth tones, neutrals, and warm tones photograph the best.
Wear coordinated outfits but don't match identically! Mix textures and prints!
Being props to help tell your own unique story!
Pre Quinceañera
Your dress, bring your props/items so we can really showcase YOU!
Are you available outside of Salem?
Yes! I want to bring your vision to life. I usually travel within 30 minutes of Salem for shoots however I am open to traveling to the beach, Smith Rock--you name it! There is a travel charge depending on location.
Do you offer makeup and hair for Quinceañera sessions?
I work with an independent makeup and hair artist who specialize in Quinceañera and wedding hair and makeup. She charges her own rates for this service but yes I have know someone if you would like to go all out for your pre Quinceañera session!
What else do you offer for Quinceañera sessions?
I have connections to Friesian dancing horses, low riders, and other classic cars. All of which are subject to availability and come as a separate cost to the client.
For our Quincenera's we offer printed albums and display photos for the event, some come with our packages or can be added on for a separate cost.
What locations do you recommend most for Quinceañera sessions?
Locally, you can't go wrong with Deepwood Gardens. It's free and usually open to the public. Mt Angel Abbey or the Portland Grotto if you are looking for a religious element in your photos which are also open to the public and free. However there are many locations in the Willamette Valley to take your pre-quince photos. Pick somewhere that is meaningful to you! It can even be your backyard, farm, or a creek by your house! I am open to your vision!
For something that scream 'la reina'---in Portland there is Chateau de Michellia and the Pittock Mansion. Both offer stunning historic homes and gardens but both of these locations charge an additional fee to photograph at these locations. If you would like to do it, let's talk and figure out how to make it happen!
Do you accept payment plans or tiered package options?
Yes I have payment plans available and offer other tiered options to help fit int your budget. I do require a deposit to book all sessions that is non refundable but will be applied toward the package price.
Do you offer prints?
Yes you can purchase your prints for a separate cost through you gallery.

What is your cancellation policy?
A non refundable deposit is required for all services. This fee will be credited to the balance of the session. If the client reschedules within 72 hours prior to the date of the session the deposit will be credited toward a rescheduled session. If client cancels with less than 72 hours notice, they will forfeit their current deposit and be required to pay another.
What is your booking policy?
A deposit is due at the time to book the date. Balance is due one week before event or session. Clients will be sent a contact to sign as well as a quote for their session noting the deposit amount required to book.
Do you give the raw images?
No I do not share the raw images.
What if I want a specific editing style?
If you are hiring me, you are also hiring my own unique artistic style.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
I am open to shooting anywhere. Most of my sessions take place within an hour of Salem, OR however I am open to traveling wherever you want to care the story you want to tell. If you want to travel, let's talk about the details and make it happen!
